The buyer is obligated to approve the distance sales contract electronically, in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The buyer can access the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement texts at www.cansususam.com They can access it anytime via the website.
Once the order and payment steps are completed, the Buyer cannot change the order details.
The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are kept on record by the Seller for the period stipulated by law.

DELIVERY TERMS

PAYMENT
The product price will be collected directly on behalf of the Seller.
By completing the payment process, the Buyer is deemed to have paid the Seller for the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date without giving any reason.
However, the following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must:

RETURN SHIPPING
If the buyer sends the product via Aras Kargo , the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
If the item is shipped with another courier company, the shipping costs and the risk of possible damage will be borne by the Buyer.
REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price will be refunded within 14 days via the method used for payment.
For payments made by credit card, refunds will be credited to the card according to the relevant bank's procedures.
CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

The competent courts are the Bursa (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
