ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is the purchase of products from www.cansususam.com by the BUYER. This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified in Article 3, which the customer ordered electronically via the website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days , depending on stock availability.

Shipping is free and the shipping cost is covered by the SELLER.

3.3 Late Payment Interest

Payment is made by credit card or other online payment methods.
No late payment interest will be charged by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved the basic characteristics of the product, its price, and the payment and delivery terms.

4.2 The product will be delivered to the BUYER within a legal period not exceeding 30 days.

4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the BUYER refuses delivery.

4.4 If the BUYER is not present at the address during delivery, the shipping company's procedures will be applied. The SELLER is not responsible for any delays arising from this situation.

4.5 The legal risks arising from the unauthorized use of the credit card shall be borne by the BUYER.

4.6 The provisions of the Consumer Protection Law apply to repair requests.

4.7 Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure (weather conditions, transportation obstacles, etc.).

4.8 In case of order cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

4.9 Damaged packages must be documented with a report upon delivery.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND REFUND PROCEDURE

5.1 In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised or a return is accepted, the product price will be refunded within 14 days according to the payment method used.

The bank's refund process is beyond the SELLER's control.

5.2 Returned products must be undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date.

However, there is no right of withdrawal for products that are made to order or custom-made.
This is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

6.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact info@cansususam.com within 14 days. Notification should be sent to this address.

6.3 The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete.

6.4 VAT refund cannot be processed if the original invoice is not submitted.

ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products made to order

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Unpacked digital content

  • Perishable products

  • Products specially prepared in response to consumer demand.

(Other exceptions specified in the legislation are reserved.)

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT

Turkish law shall apply to disputes.
The competent courts are the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

This Agreement shall enter into force upon electronic approval.
