Delivery

– Your orders will be shipped via Aras Kargo within 2-3 business days.
(Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can check the delivery times for each product on its detail page.)

Returns and Exchanges

– All products sold on our website are manufactured to order and returns are not accepted . This is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for items tried on and purchased from our store.

– You can exchange the size or model once within 7 days of receiving the product.

– To create a change request, please email info@cansususam.com You need to send an email to [email address] stating your reason for the change.
The email subject line must include the recipient's full name and order code .

– Products sent without a prior exchange request via email WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

– Your exchange request will be answered via email, and you will be provided with the Cansu Susam head office address and Aras Kargo customer code for the exchange process.

– If you wish to send your package with a different shipping company other than Aras Kargo , you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

– You can deliver your package to the nearest Aras Kargo branch using the Aras Kargo customer code sent to you via email. Please keep your tracking number.

– Once the products we receive are inspected for compliance with the exchange conditions, if your exchange request is approved, a new product will be sent to you free of charge .

Exchanges of online orders at the store are NOT ACCEPTED.

– Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned with the shipping costs borne by the customer .

Terms of Change

– The exchange process is a one-time only . A second exchange is not possible.

We absolutely do not accept exchanges for used, defective, or missing products.

– We do not accept exchanges for products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.).

– We do not accept exchanges for products that have been tried with heavily scented perfumes or deodorants that may leave residue.

Free or promotional items sent with orders cannot be exchanged.
For exchanges of items sold as a set, all items in the set must be returned together . Individual items will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches the return address.
Cansu Susam is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipments are well-packaged, trackable, and sent securely.
