ARTICLE 3 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Members may not share their password with third parties. The member is solely responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the password.

The member acknowledges that they consent to receiving electronic communications under Law No. 6563.

ARTICLE 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The member acknowledges that their personal data is protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) at www.cansususam.com. The user acknowledges and agrees that their data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy located on the website.

ARTICLE 11 – DURATION

The agreement begins with membership and remains in effect until the membership ends.

ARTICLE 12 – NOTIFICATION

Notifications sent to the email address provided by the member are considered valid.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Turkish law shall apply to disputes.
The competent courts are the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

ARTICLE 14 – PARTIAL INVALIDITY

The invalidity of any single clause does not invalidate the entire contract.

ARTICLE 15 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

The member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
The agreement enters into force upon the member's consent.
